Call meeting to order — Richard Manning, Chair 2. Citizens' Input (Persons desiring to address the Paris EDC Board must limit their presentation to no more than two minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the Paris EDC, Board Members or employees are not appropriate for citizens' input.) 3. Discuss and possibly approve Minutes of the May 17, 2016 Meeting. 4. Discuss and possibly approve May 2016 Financials. 5. Special Recognition. 6. Discuss and possibly approve starting the Request for Bids process on the build - out of the property at 2305 NW Loop 286. 7. Discuss and possibly approve a Lead Generation company to work with us finding industries that are a good match to Paris, Texas. 8. Executive Director's Monthly Report. 9. Convene into Executive Session: a) Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss or deliberate: 1) Commercial or Financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations, or 2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a local business.
