The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet at Station One in the
Conference Room on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.
Item I The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional
time may be granted.
Item 2 Approve the minutes for the June 2016 meeting.
Item 3 Review and approve Financial Statements from Westwood and Frost Bank.
Item 4 Discussion regarding a replacement for the open Civilian Board member position.
Item 5 Discussion and possible action regarding signing the Pension EZ Contract.
Item 6 Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after last meeting.
