SUBJECT: BROOKSHIRE 14 ADDITION
FINAL PLAT
DATE: July 6, 2016
BACKGROUND: Brookshire Grocery Company owns Lot part of 1, 3, 4 through 16 & part of
17 of City Block 104 located at 925 Clarksville Street. The property is currently zoned General
Retail District (GR). The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve the final plat by a
vote of 7 -0 on July 5, 2016.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Brookshire Grocery Company has purchased property to the west of the
current facility will be demolished to construct a fueling station. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
