BACKGROUND: Star Towers, LLC owns Lot 11 of City Block 77 located at 419 N.E. 1St
Street. The property is currently zoned a Commercial District (C). The Planning & Zoning
Commission voted to approve the final plat by a vote of 7 -0 on July 5, 2016.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Star Towers, LLC has purchased this property to construct a new Wireless
Communication Tower. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision
regulations.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
