BACKGROUND: EST, Inc. continues to provide construction management and inspection
services on various utility project sites.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Senior Project Manager Rod Wallace, who spoke to the council on June
13, will provide his second monthly status report to the city council on July 25.
BUDGET: NA.
