Call to Order:
The June 30, 2016 special meeting of the Paris Economic Development Corporation was called to
order by Mr. Manning at 5:15 p.m.
Citizens’ Input
No citizens’ spoke, so Mr. Manning closed the Citizens’ Input.
Discuss and possibly approve starting the Request for Bids process on the build-out
of the property at 2305 NW Loop 286.
Mr. Paris started the conversation on 2305 NW Loop 286 by saying that this was on our on regular
meeting agenda, we had discussed the Request for Bids, but we did not take a vote on the Request for
Bids on the build-out. We will put the legal ad in the paper to get the bid process started. Mr.
Brockman moved that we proceed with the bid process. Mr. Banks seconded the motion. The vote was
3 – ayes 0 –nays.
Adjourn
Motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Banks and seconded by Mr. Brockman. Vote was 3-0.
