MONTHLY BOARD MEETING AGENDA
September 13, 2016
The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet at Station One in the
Conference Room on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.
1. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time
may be granted.
2. Approve the minutes from the August 2016 meeting.
3. Review and approve all new Fund Members.
4. Review and approve the Retirement Benefit for Eddie Renfro.
5. Review and approve the Refund of Contribution for Michael Landon Davidson.
6. Discussion and possible action regarding the Fund's Travel Policy.
7. Review and approve all invoices presented to the Board.
8. Review and Approve the Financial Statements from Westwood and Frost Bank.
9. Discussion regarding a replacement for the open Civilian Board member position.
10. Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after last meeting.
