SUBJECT: STALLINGS ADDITION CB 328
FINAL PLAT
DATE: October 4, 2016
BACKGROUND: Jim Stallings owns Lot 4 of City Block 328 located in the 300 Block of S.W.
34th Street. The property is currently zoned Agriculture District (A). The owner is proposing to
construct a single family dwelling on 1.406 Acres of a 25 Acre tract. The preliminary plat was
approved December 7, 2015, and a public waterline extension was required by the owner before
proceeding with the final plat.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has completed the waterline extension, and has submitted a
final plat. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve the final plat by a vote of 6 -0 on October
3, 2016.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
