SUBJECT: AAA MINI STORAGE ADDITION CB 298
MASTER PLAT
DATE: October 4, 2016
BACKGROUND: Sky -Mar Ventures, LLC owns Lot PT 4 of City Block 298 located along the
NW Loop 286. The property is currently zoned Light Industrial (LI), and is vacant. The owner is
proposing to subdivide the existing 27.962 acre tract, creating a 4.612 acre lot for development
of a mini storage facility.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a master plat of the property. It appears that the
master plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations. The Planning & Zoning
Commission voted to approve the master plat by a vote of 6 -0 on October 3, 2016.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the master plat.
