SUBJECT: POTTERS INDUSTRIES, LLC 305 ADDITION
FINAL PLAT
DATE: September 28, 2016
BACKGROUND: Potters Industries Inc. owns Lot 14 and W795' of 15 of City Block 305
located in the 2100 Block of West Park Street. The property is currently zoned Light Industrial
District (LI). The owner is proposing to construct a warehouse storage facility to support their
existing operations at the facility on 19th St. NW.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owners have submitted a final plat, along with a guarantee of
construction for the public improvements associated with the development. It appears that the
final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations. The Planning & Zoning
Commission voted to approve the final plat by a vote of 6 -0 on October 3, 2016.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
