MONTHLY BOARD MEETING AGENDA
November 8, 2016
The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet at Station One in the
Conference Room on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.
1. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time
may be granted.
2. 2015 Financial Audit
a. Approve the 2015 Financial Audit.
3. Approve the minutes from the September 2016 meeting.
4. Review and approve all invoices presented to the Board.
5. Review and Approve the Financial Statements from Westwood.
6. Discussion regarding a replacement for the open Civilian Board member position.
7. Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after last meeting.
