3. Discussion on Texas Treasure business Awards - Jill -set for Monday, November 1+,2016-
5usinesses to 6e honored in City Council Cham6ers- immediately after a reception to 6e held at
Loft at 125 -Leah Redus & Randy Hider in charge of planning.

5. Discussion a6out replacement liaison to HPC from 6oard in lieu of Mr Peeples' resignation.
Leah Rolen volunteered to fill that replacement.
6. Discussion and possi6le action recommending to council a replacement on MSAF). A motion was
made to write to City Council recommending Cody Kelley to replace Phillip Peeples on MSAF)
and Leah Rolen to Replace Phillip Peeples on HFC• Motion made 6y Glee E-mmite and seconded
6y Randy Hider. Motion carried.
7. Work Plan Review - Jill DrAe- Review of Plan was made and updates will 6e made and emailed to
U.5.
