Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in special session
at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 5, 2016. The meeting will be held at the City Council
Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted
upon are as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Consider and take action on an ordinance authorizing the issuance of the City's General
Obligation Bonds, Series 2016; approving the use of a paying agent/registrar agreement;
engaging bond counsel and financial advisor; providing the pledge of funds for the
payment of the Bonds; and enacting other relating to the issuance and sale of the Bonds.
Discuss and act to remove Skipper Steely and David Alarid from the Historic
Preservation Commission pursuant to Code of Ordinances, City of Paris, Texas Sections
2 -302, 2 -303 and 2 -306 and the City of Paris Policies and Procedures for Standing
Boards, Commissions, and Committees.
4. Adjournment.
