Dwelling District No. 1 (MF -1), on City Block 259, Lots 18 & 19, being located at 610
N.E. 25 Street.
4. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Aubror Property
Addition CB 316, located at 3380 N.E. Loop 286.
5. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Paris /Lamar County
Habitat Addition 51, located at 934 Dickson Avenue.

7. Discussion regarding the establishment of a recommended definition for an industrial —
oriented distillery and a recommendation for proposed locations of said distilleries in
zoning districts within the City of Paris Zoning Ordinance.
8. Discussion regarding the proposed update of requirements related to mobile homes and
manufactured housing within the City of Paris, including Chapter 22 in the Code of
Ordinances and the City of Paris Zoning Ordinance.
