2000-037-ORD ADOPTING OFFICIAL CITY LIMITS MAP
ORDINANCE NO. 2000-037
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL CITY LIMITS MAP; MAKING
OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 13th day of
September, 1999, by Ordinance No, 99-065, adopt an Official City Limits Map; and,
WHEREAS, such map is in need ofrevision; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
things approved,
Section 2. That the map attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, adopted
as the Official City Limits Map of the City of Paris,
Section 3. That this map shall replace previous City Limits Maps.
Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
expressly repealed,
Section 5. That this ordinance shall be effective from and after the date of passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of July, 2000.
