ORDINANCE NO. 2000-047
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 85-026,
WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN FOR LOT 1, CITY
BLOCK 319; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED
TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER 1, 2000.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has previously adopted
Ordinance No, 85-026, adopted May 13, 1985, establishing a Planned Development District-Retail
Shopping Center and Office Center (pD-a-f) on part of Lot 1, City Block 319, as described in the
aforesaid ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, Section 2 of the aforesaid Ordinance No, 85-026 approved a site plan for the
aforesaid property; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve an addendum to the aforesaid original site
plan revising said existing site plan in accord with said addendum; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all things
approved.
Section 2. That the addendum to the existing site plan, revising said existing site plan as
shown in said addendum incorporated as Exhibit A, attached hereto and for all purposes incorporated
herein, is hereby in all things approved.
Section 3. That Section 2 of Ordinance No, 85-026 shall be, and is hereby, amended to
include the attached Exhibit A as an addendum to the original site plan,
Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
expressly repealed,
Section 5, That this ordinance shall become effective on November 1, 2000,
