ORDINANCE NO. 2001-068
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER AND OFFICE
CENTER (PD-a-t), PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY THE ADOPTION OF
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 85-026, FOR LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 319;
MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE
SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has previously adopted
Ordinance No. 85-026, adopted May 13,1985, establishing a Planned Development District-Retail
Shopping Center and Office Center (PD-a-f) on Lot 1, City Block 319, as described in the aforesaid
ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the site plan for said Planned Development
District as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all things
approved.
Section 2. That the site plan, including the drainage plan, for a part of Lot 1, City Block 319
located at 2600 Loop 286 N.E., attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, approved.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
expressly repealed to the extent of said conflict only.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective on November 1, 2001.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 2001.
