ORDINANCE NO. 2001-070
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT -OFFICE CENTER (PD-f), PREVIOUSLY
ESTABLISHED BY THE ADOPTION OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 2000-
042, FOR LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 311; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND
PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has previously adopted
Ordinance No. 2000-042, adopted September 7,2000, establishing a Planned Development District-
Office Center (PD-a- f) on Lot 10, City Block 311, as described in the aforesaid ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the site plan for said Planned Development
District as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all things
approved.
Section 2. That the site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lot 10, City Block 311,
located at 3420 Clarksville Street, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
expressly repealed to the extent of said conflict only.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective on December 1, 2001.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of November, 2001.
