<br />ORDINANCE NO. 99-077 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) ON WT 5, CITY BLOCK 397, ON PROPERTY BEWNGING <br />TO DANIEL ALLGEIER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br />DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); DESIGNATING THE <br />BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) SO <br />ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; <br />REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br />HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECEMBER 1, 1999. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br />ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) be, and the same is hereby, established <br />on LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 397, on property belonging to DANIEL ALLGEIER, so as to include <br />in such ONE-F AMIL Y DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) the hereinafter described property, <br />which was formerly and is presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that <br />the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2), be, and the same <br />are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Joshua Moore Survey, about 3 miles <br />east of the Plaza, Paris, Texas and being that portion lying in a tract conveyed to <br />Joseph R. Billingslea by Roy C. and Mary Caviness by deed dated March 5, 1934, <br />of record in Volume 221, Page 513, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, being <br />Lot 5, City Block 397, and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake in the South boundary line of U. S. Highway 82, <br />at the Northwest corner of a tract of W. F. Skidmore; <br />THENCE with the Skidmore's West boundary line, South 0 Deg. 10 Min. <br />West a distance of 1,425 feet a stake; <br />THENCE West a distance of 665 feet to a road; <br />THENCE with said road, North a distance of 1,213 feet, a stake in the <br />South boundary line of U. S. Highway 82; <br />THENCE with the South boundary line of U. S. Highway 82 with the <br />following calls: East a distance of 15 feet, a monument; North 571h Deg. East <br />a distance of 147 feet a monument; North 75 Deg. East a distance of 34 feet a <br />stake, the Northwest corner of a tract conveyed the Knights of Columbus from <br />Joseph R. and Mae Billingslea by deed of record in Volume 342, Page 22, Deed <br />Records, Lamar County, Texas; <br />THENCE with the boundary line of the Knights of Columbus tract with the <br />
