ORDINANCE NO. 99-078 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) ON LOT 16, CITY BLOCK 242, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MARTIN BLAKE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF-2); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF-03) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DA TE OF DECEMBER 1, 1999. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 16, CITY BLOCK 242, on property belonging to MARTIN BLAKE, so as to include in such ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, known as Lot 16, City Block 242, and being a part of the First Tract conveyed to E. F. Hampton by deed recorded in Volume 155, Page 406, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin found for corner in the North boundary line of Graham Street, the Southwest corner of said First tract; THENCE North with the West boundary line of said First Tract and the East boundary line of a lot conveyed to Geneva Shelton by deed recorded in Volume 655, Page 223, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, a distance of 141.57 feet to an iron pin found for corner; THENCE South 88 Deg. 47 Min. 56 Sec. East with the South boundary line of a tract conveyed to Robert Floyd by deed recorded in Volume 569, Page 278, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, a distance of 103.56 feet to an iron pin found for corner; THENCE South with the West boundary line of said Floyd tract a distance of 137.33 feet to an iron pin set for corner in the North line of Graham Street; THENCE South 88 Deg. 01 Min. 27 Sec. West with said South boundary line a distance of 42.27 feet;
