<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />99-081 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT <br />THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING <br />SUBSECTION (a) OF SECTION 14-34 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE <br />IN THE ANNUAL PERMIT FEES FOR FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS; REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECEMBER 1, 1999. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Subsection (a) of Section 14-34 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows: <br /> <br />"Sec. 14-34. Fee. <br /> <br />"(a) The annual permit fee for each food establishment, other than dairies, <br />creameries, and milk plants, shall be as follows: <br /> <br />"1-5 employees - Fifty dollars ($50.00) per year. <br /> <br />"6-9 employees - One hundred dollars ($100.00) per year. <br /> <br />"Over 9 employees - One hundred fIfty dollars ($150.00) per year." <br /> <br />Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly <br />repealed. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on December 1, 1999. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of November, 1999. <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Charles H.
