<br />ORDINANCE NO. 99-046 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO.3 (SF -3) ON LOT 28, CITY BLOCK 323, ON PROPERTY BELONGING <br />TO GEORGE RANCE POMROY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURE DISTRICT (A); DESIGNATING <br />THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE-F AMIL Y DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) SO <br />EST ABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; <br />REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br />HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF AUGUST 1, 1999. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br />ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) be, and the same is hereby, established <br />on LOT 28, CITY BLOCK 323, on property belonging to GEORGE RANCE POMROY, so as <br />to include in such ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) the hereinafter described <br />property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an AGRICULTURE DISTRICT (A), <br />and that the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3), be, and <br />the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUA TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the John Watson Survey #1024, being <br />Lot 28, City Block 323, also being a part of a 6 acre tract of land shown as Tract <br />I in deed to Clarince H. Justice as recorded in Volume 343, Page 601, of the Deed <br />Records of said county and state, and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the West Boundary Line of the Lake <br />Crook Road at the present Northeast corner of said 6 acre tract of land; <br />THENCE South 21 Deg. East along the West Boundary Line of said Lake <br />Crook Road a distance of 158 feet to a stake for corner; <br />THENCE North 88 Deg. 30 Min. West a distance of 276 feet to a stake for <br />corner; <br />THENCE North 21 Deg. West a distance of 158 feet to a stake for corner <br />in the North Boundary Line of said 6 acre tract of land; <br />THENCE South 88 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of 276 feet to the place <br />of beginning, and containing 1 acre of land, being number 3225 19th Street N .W. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, <br />directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br />
