ORDINANCE NO. 99-046 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF -3) ON LOT 28, CITY BLOCK 323, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GEORGE RANCE POMROY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURE DISTRICT (A); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE-F AMIL Y DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) SO EST ABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF AUGUST 1, 1999. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 28, CITY BLOCK 323, on property belonging to GEORGE RANCE POMROY, so as to include in such ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an AGRICULTURE DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUA TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the John Watson Survey #1024, being Lot 28, City Block 323, also being a part of a 6 acre tract of land shown as Tract I in deed to Clarince H. Justice as recorded in Volume 343, Page 601, of the Deed Records of said county and state, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the West Boundary Line of the Lake Crook Road at the present Northeast corner of said 6 acre tract of land; THENCE South 21 Deg. East along the West Boundary Line of said Lake Crook Road a distance of 158 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE North 88 Deg. 30 Min. West a distance of 276 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE North 21 Deg. West a distance of 158 feet to a stake for corner in the North Boundary Line of said 6 acre tract of land; THENCE South 88 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of 276 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 1 acre of land, being number 3225 19th Street N .W. Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
