ORDINANCE NO. 99-049
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 96-039, WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL
OF A SITE PLAN FOR LOTS 5,6, AND 7, BLOCK 8, SPRINGLAKE ADDITION;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF AUGUST 1, 1999.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 96-039 of the City of Paris be, and the same
is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the drainage pIan, for Lots 5,6, and 7, Block
8, Springlake Addition, being number 210 North Collegiate Drive, attached hereto
as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly
repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on August 1, 1999.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 1999.
