<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE-FAMILY
<br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-1) ON LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 257, ON PROPERTY
<br />BELONGING TO BRANDY DRAPER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY
<br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2);
<br />DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING
<br />DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO
<br />EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
<br />CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER
<br />1, 1999.

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br />MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l) be, and the same is hereby,
<br />established on LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 257, on property belonging to BRANDY DRAPER, so as
<br />to include in such MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-1) the hereinafter
<br />described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY
<br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said MULTIPLE-FAMILY
<br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows:

<br />SITU A TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Hiram Williams Survey, being Lot
<br />4, City Block 257, also being the same property described in deed from Jimmie B.
<br />King and wife, Ruth Ann King, to Brandy Draper and Jodie Draper, recorded in
<br />Volume 549, Page 219, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a stake in the West boundary line of E. Cherry Street at
<br />the Northwest corner of the lot conveyed by F. P. Henry et ux to Jasper H.
<br />Thomas, Jr. on November 30, 1954, by deed recorded in Volume 941, Page 264,
<br />Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas;
<br />THENCE West with the South boundary line of E. Cherry Street a distance
<br />of 100 feet to a stake;
<br />THENCE South a distance of 222.8 feet to a stake;
<br />THENCE East a distance of 100 feet, a stake at the Southwest corner of the
<br />above mentioned Henry/Thomas lot;
<br />
<br />THENCE North with its West boundary line a distance of 222.8 feet to the
<br />place of beginning, and being number 2208 E. Cherry Street.
