<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING
<br />DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME ON WT
<br />1, CITY BWCK 327, ON PROPERTY BEWNGING TO MICHAEL MYERS, SO AS TO
<br />INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL
<br />DISTRICT (C); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING
<br />DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME SO
<br />ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00;
<br />REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
<br />HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 1, 1999.

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br />ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39)
<br />MOBILE HOME be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 327, on
<br />property belonging to MICHAEL MYERS, so as to include in such ONE-FAMILY DWELLING
<br />DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME the hereinafter
<br />described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a COMMERCIAL
<br />DISTRICT (C), and that the boundaries of said ONE-F AMIL Y DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3
<br />(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME, be, and the same are hereby,
<br />established as follows:

<br />SITU A TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the William Driggers Survey, also a
<br />part of the 12 3/4 acres of land which was the East half of a 25 3/4 acre tract of
<br />land conveyed by R.E.L. Jackson et al to J. M. Crow on November 21, 1925, by
<br />deed recorded in Volume 210, Page 629, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas,
<br />and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the above-referenced 12 3/4 acres,
<br />this beginning point being in the center of the Paris and Tigertown Road;
<br />THENCE North a distance of 140 yards to a stake;
<br />THENCE West a distance of 35 yards to a stake;
<br />THENCE South a distance of 140 years to a stake in the center of the Paris
<br />and Tigertown Road;
<br />THENCE East with the center of said road a distance of 35 yards to the
<br />place of beginning, containing one (1) acre of land, being the same property
<br />described in deed from Louis Minor to Bruce Yarbrough and wife, Janell
<br />Yarbrough, dated August 16, 1983, recorded in Volume 660, Page 758, Deed
<br />Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being the same property described in deed
<br />from Shirley Ruth Carrell, f/kJa Shirley Ruth Miller, to Edward Allen Tee1 dated
