1999-014-ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1710 AND CHANGING BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY ON LOT 6 CITY BLOCK 143 ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO WILLIAM M WHITE ORDINANCE NO. 99-014 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DAY CARE ON LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 143, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO WILLIAM M. WHITE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF-l); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DAY CARE SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 1, 1999. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-1) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DA Y CARE be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 143, on property belonging to WILLIAM M. WHITE, so as to include in such MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DAY CARE the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l), and that the boundaries of said MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-1) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DAY CARE, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUA TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey in City Block 143, being the same property described in deed from Barbara Jean White and Helen Burt to William M. White and wife, Carolyn A. White, recorded in Volume 676, Page 515, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake in the West Boundary Line of 6th Street S.B. and the Northeast Boundary Line of Sherman Street with beginning point one foot Northwest of the inner intersection of the concrete sidewalk at the intersection of 6th Street S.E. and Sherman Street; THENCE North with said West Boundary Line of 6th Street S.E., the same being a line parallel with concrete sidewalk fronting on 6th Street S.E., a distance of 83 feet to a stake; THENCE West a distance of 185.3 feet, passing between two garages, to a bois d' arc post at the corner of a fence running East and West and a fence running North and South; THENCE South a distance of 84 feet to the North Boundary Line of Sherman Street, said North Boundary Line being the foot North of the inner edge of the concrete sidewalk on Sherman Street; THENCE East with said North Boundary Line a distance of 191.9 feet to the place of beginning, being the same property as described in deed from Della F. Autry to Bill White recorded in the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas, and being numbers 424 and 426 6th Street S.E. Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective April 1, 1999.
