ORDINANCE NO. 99-017
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 98-053, WIDCH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL
OF A SITE PLAN FOR LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 258; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 1, 1999.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 98-053 of the City of Paris be, and the same
is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lot 8, City Block 258,
being number 621 25th Street N.E., attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same
is hereby, approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly
repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on April 1, 1999.
