AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 83-032, wmCH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL
OF A SITE PLAN FOR LOT 16, CITY BLOCK 296; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 1, 1999.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 83-032 of the City of Paris be, and the same
is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lot 16, City Block 296,
being number 3325 Lamar Avenue, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same
is hereby, approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly
repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on April 1, 1999.
