FINAL PLAT
DATE: February 7, 2017
BACKGROUND: Tony Dane Walters owns Lot 1 Block A of City Block 318 located on NE
Loop 286. The property is currently zoned Commercial. The owner is proposing to construct a
Dairy Queen on 1.1552 Acres. Sewer services are available along Loop 286. Water service can
be provided upon extension of the city water main approximately 360' to serve the site. The
preliminary plat was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on January 3, 2017.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property, along with a
guarantee of construction of public infrastructure. It appears that the plat complies with the City
of Paris subdivision regulations, and was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on
February 6, 2017.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
