<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING
<br />DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECU1C USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME ON LOT
<br />9, CITY BLOCK 327, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO WALTER JONES, JR., SO AS
<br />TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-F AMIL Y
<br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (SF-I); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
<br />ONE-F AMIL Y DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39)
<br />MOBILE HOME SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED
<br />$2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
<br />CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JUNE 1,
<br />1999.

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br />NO.~71O of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br />ON -FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39)
<br />MO ILE HOME be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 327, on
<br />property belonging to WALTER JONES, JR., so as to include in such ONE-FAMILY
<br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME
<br />the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-
<br />FAMIL Y DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (SF-I), and that the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY
<br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME,
<br />be, and the same are hereby, established as follows:

<br />SITU A TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the William Driggers Survey, being the
<br />same property described in deed from Docia W. Wilson to Walter Jones, Jf.,
<br />Lue1ia Jones, and Ether Jones, recorded April 25, 1961 in the Lamar County Deed
<br />Records, and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the 12 1/2 acre tract conveyed by
<br />R. E. L. Jackson et al to J. M. Crow by deed dated November 21, 1925, of record
<br />in Volume 210, Page 629, Lamar County Deed Records;
<br />THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of said tract of land a
<br />distance of 70 yards, a stake;
<br />THENCE South a distance of 140 yards, a stake;
<br />THENCE East a distance of 70 yards, a stake in the East Boundary Line of
<br />said 12 1/2 acre tract;
<br />THENCE North, with the said boundary line a distance of 140 yards to the
<br />place of beginning, containing two (2) acres of land, more or less, and being the
<br />same two acre tract of land conveyed by J. M. Crow et ux to Odessie Hancock on
<br />October 13, 1942, and April 1943, by deeds recorded in Volume 265, Pages 210
<br />and 239, Lamar County Deed Records, to which reference is made for all
