MONTHLY BOARD MEETING AGENDA
February 21, 2017
The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet at Station One in
the Conference Room on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.
1. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time
may be granted.
2. Approve the minutes from the January 2016 meeting.
3. Approve the results of the Firefighter Trustee Election.
4. Review and approve all invoices presented to the Board.
5. Review and approve the Financial Statements from Westwood.
6. Discussion and possible action regarding a replacement for the open Civilian Board member
position (position A).
7. Discussion and possible action regarding the Civilian Board member position currently held by
Ryan Lassiter (position B).
8. Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after last meeting.
