1. The Airport Advisory Board meeting was called to order by Jack Ashmore, Chairman, at
5:30 p.m.
A. The following members were present:
Jack Ashmore
Billy Copeland
Fred Williams
Ray Ball
Jerry Coyle
B. The following members were absent:
Steve Gilbert
Phillip Payne
C. Also present was Shawn Napier, Airport Director; and Ashley Fendley, City Staff.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (May 16, 2013)
Motion was made by Ray Ball, seconded by Fred Williams to approve the meeting
minutes for May 16, 2013. Motion carried 5 -0.
3. Discussion and possible action on a Semi Annual Fly In.
The Airport Advisory Board discussed having the Fly -In as a Semi - Annual event, with the
event being on the even number years. Motion was by Ray Ball, seconded by Billy
Copeland to have the Fly -In as a Semi - Annual event on the even number years. Motion
carried 5 -0.
4. Discussion and possible action on Hangar Lease.
The Airport Advisory Board discussed having the sub - committee hold a meeting to
discuss the hangar lease again.
5. Request for future agenda items.
Meeting adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
