Special meeting of the main street advisory board Tuesday, April 16, 2013
1. Call to order by Matt Coyle at 4:19
2. Roll
3. Approval of March 19, 2013 minutes. Jill drake motioned to approve seconded by
Karie Raulston. Motion Passed 4 -0
4. Coordinator report presented by Matt Coyle.
The volunteer luncheon will be April 24 from 11 to 1. Please check the list with Jill
Drake and Cheri Bedford to make sure everyone is included. Over 200 invitations
were sent out.
5. BIG grant application
A. 15 E. Plaza
Discussion on the status of all grants applications and a review of the application for
Dr. Colton Wicks, 15 E. Plaza.
A Motion was made by Ashlea Mattoon to consider the BIG grant application in a
special session on April 30, 2013 in order to review all criteria and grant process. Jill
Drake seconded. Motion passed 4 -0
6. Committee reports
A. Organization -no report
B. Design -Kati Ralston.
The design committee met to judge the cleaning contest. They met at Jaxx and
continued around downtown looking for lighting, theme, cleanliness, merchandise,
and most original. Winners will be announced at the volunteer luncheon.
C. Promotions -no report
D. ER -no report
E. HPC -no report
Colton Wicks turned his papers in for the next meeting.
F. Chamber report -the chamber is busy preparing for the archery tournament on
April 27, 2013.
7. Future agenda
New members will be voted on by the council at the June meeting.
8. A motion was made to adjourn at 4:40 p.m. by Katie Raulston. Jill Drake
seconded. Motion carried 4 -0
