1 .Call meeting to order- Matt Coyle at 5:22 p.m.
2. Citizens Forum: Melissa and Ryan Gordon were present to answer questions related to their
BIG application. Questions were asked and discussion was held regarding drainage, soundness of
the structure of the building at 211 Bonham St; ability of the structure to bear weight once the
insulation and foam coating is applied and plans for retail business in the building.
3. Jill Drake made a motion to approve the Gordon's BIG application for $5,000. Second by Karie
Raulston. Vote 3 -3. Motion failed.
Ashlea Mattoon made a motion to approve the BIG application for $2,500, no second.
Jill Drake amended her motion to approve the application for $5,000 contingent upon the
Applicant's providing documentation of the following three items from the contractor by the next
regularly scheduled Main Street Board meeting: 1. Warranty regarding the proper drainage of the
roof once the Rhyno shield coating is applied over the foam insulation and provisions regarding
repair by the contractor should a drainage issue arise; 2.Documentation that the building located at
211 Bonham Street is structurally sound and that the structure will support the work requested in
this Application 3. Provision regarding the amount of weight the coating over the foam insulation
will bear once it is applied over the existing roof .Second by Karie Raulston. Vote 6 -0, motion
carried.
4. Future agenda item: Time and date of regular monthly Board meetings
5. Motion to adjourn at 5:55 p.m., made by Ashlea Mattoon, seconded by Beatrice Adila
Motion carried 6 -0.
