Meeting Minutes
February 19, 2013
Opening:
The regular meeting of the Paris Public Library Advisory Board was called to order at 4:05 p.m.
Present:
Pat Books, Connie Dodd, Fran Neeley, Ann Norment, Linda Vandiver, Alice Woodard and director
Priscilla McAnally were present. Absent was Judith Kimbrough.
I. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as presented.
II. New Business:
Fee increases on lamination and ear buds were approved.
The resignation of Judith Kimbrough was read and accepted.
III. Old Business
Overdrive is now on the library web page and available for patrons to download
eBooks and audios.
IV. Presentations
A. Budget Report:
No unusual expenditures
B. Statistical Report:
Circulation and visits were up by 6% in January.
V. Friends of the Library
No report
VI. Director's Remarks:
The director will be attending the Public Library Association Conference in
Indianapolis March 11 -16.
The next meeting will be March 26.
