Kenny Dority, Chairman, established that a quorum was present and called the meeting to order at
5:30 p.m.
The Board convened into executive session at 5 :31 p.m. pursuant to Section 551.072, and Section 551.087
of the Texas Government Code to discuss and deliberate on the following:
A. Section 551.072 - Real Property
B. Section 551.087 —Economic Development Negotiations
The Board re- convened into open session at 6:43 p.m. As a result of executive session discussion, the
Board took the following action:
Toni Clem made a motion to schedule a called meeting of the Paris EDC Board to be held
Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. for Executive Session only; seconded by Bruce Carr. Motion
Carried 3 -0.
Toni Clem made a motion to adjourn at 6:51 p.m.; seconded by Bruce Carr. Motion Carried 3 -0.
