Rebecca Clifford, Chairman, established that a quorum was present and called the meeting
to order at 3:15 p.m.
The Board convened into executive session at 3:16 p.m. pursuant to Section 551.072, and Section
551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and deliberate on the following:
Section 551.072 - Real Property
Section 551.087 - Economic Development Negotiations
Executive session ended at 4:14 p.m. The Board reconvened into open session. The Board took
action as a result of Executive Session on the following item:
Motion was made by Vicki Ballard to approve the Incentive Agreement, as submitted, with J.
Skinner Baking Company, pending City Council approval, and have the chairman, Rebecca
Clifford sign and execute; seconded by David Turner. Motion Carried 5 -0.
David Turner made a motion to adjourn at 4:15 p.m.; seconded by Vicki Ballard. Motion Carried
5 -0.
