owner(s) and/or lien holder(s) of the below properties who have been given notice of a
violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures ":
A. 647 NW 10th; City Block 83, Lot 27
1) Consideration of and action on issuing an order with regard to this
property.
B. 1005 W Shiloh; City Block 83, Lot 4
1) Consideration of and action on issuing an order with regard to this
property.
C. 707 & 705 W Campbell; City Block 87, Lot 11
1) Consideration of and action on issuing an order with regard to this
property.

1) Consideration of and action on issuing an order with regard to this
property.

ordinance authorizing the Building and Standards Commission to conduct hearings
and issue orders concerning nuisance violations pertaining to junk and rubbish.
7. Discussion and possible action regarding recommendation to City Council on an
ordinance creating Certificates of Occupancy, and health and safety inspections for
residential rental properties.
