1. The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, June 6, 2013,
was called to order at 12:00 p.m. by Richard Hunt, Vice - Chairman.
A. The following members were present:
James Price
Jerry Akers
Richard Hunt
Holland Harper
Keith Flowers
B. The following members were absent:
Dennis Chalaire
Mike Folmar
C. Also present were Joey Sleeper, Building Official; Sue Lancaster, Council Liaison;
and Ashley Fendley, Secretary for the Planning and Zoning Commission.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (April 1, 2013)
Ashley Fendley stated there was a mistake on the agenda. The minutes from Monday, May
6, 2013 will be put on the Monday, July 1, 2013 agenda.
Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by Jerry Akers to recuse Holland Harper
from the meeting. Motion carried 3 -0.
3. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot I , Block A, Pine Mill Medical
Park CB 259, located in the 2900 to 3000 Block of Pine Mill Road.
Joey Sleeper reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by
Keith Flowers, seconded by Jerry Akers to approve the preliminary plat, subject to the City
Engineer's recommendations and the correction of the owner's information. Motion
carried 3 -0.
4. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Pine Mill Medical Park
CB 259, located in the 2900 to 3000 Block of Pine Mill Road.
Joey Sleeper reviewed the final plat with commissioners. Motion was made by Keith
Flowers, seconded by Jerry Akers to approve the final plat, subject to the City Engineer's
recommendations and the correction of the owner's information. Motion carried 3 -0.
Motion was mad made by Keith Flowers, seconded by Jerry Akers to let Holland Harper
return to the meeting. Motion carried 3 -0.
James Price walked in at 12:03.

154, located in the 600 to 1000 Block of Washington Street.
Joey Sleeper reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by
Holland Harper, seconded by Jerry Akers to approve the preliminary plat, subject to the
City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0.
6. Consideration of and action on the Master Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Hall Addition CB 154,
located in the 600 to 1000 Block of Washington Street.
Joey Sleeper reviewed the master plat with commissioners. Motion was made by Holland
Harper, seconded by Jerry Akers to approve the master plat, subject to the City Engineer's
recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0.
7. Meeting adjourned at 12:05 p.m.
