5:30 O'CLOCK P.M.
1. The special meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, June 6, 2011,
was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Richard Hunt, Interim Chairman.
A. The following members were present:
James Price
Richard Hunt
Keith Barnett
Benny Plata
B. The following members were absent:
Dennis Chalaire
C. Shawn. Napier, Director of Engineering, Planning and Development.
2. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Burress 128
Addition, being located at 1215 Bonham Street.
Motion was made by James Price, seconded by Keith Barnett to approve the preliminary
plat. Motion carried 4 -0.
3. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Burress 128 Addition, being
located at 1215 Bonham Street.
Motion was made by Benny Plata, seconded by James Price to approve the final plat.
Motion carried 4 -0.
4. Meeting adjourned at 5:39 p.m.
