5:30 O'CLOCK P.M.
The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, April 5, 2010,
was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Curtis Fendley, Chairman.
A. The following members were present:
Curtis Fendley, Chairman
Richard Hunt
Bill Harris
Benny Plata
B. The following members were absent:
Keith Barnett
Darin Manning
Bee Garmon
C. Shawn Napier, Director of Engineering, Planning and Development; Jeanna Scott
City Staff; Kevin Carruth, City Manager; and Council Members Joe McCarthy,
Steve Brown, Kevin Kear, and Rhonda Rogers were also present.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting. (March 1, 2010)
Motion was made by Bill Harris, seconded by Richard Hunt to approve the minutes for the
March 1, 2010 meeting. Motion carried 4 -0.
3. Consideration of and action on the Master- Plat of Lots 1 -3, Block A; Lots 1 -6, Block B;
Lots 1 -4, Block C, Robinson Addition 318, being located in the 3200 Block of Loop 286
N.E.
Motion was made by Benny Plata, seconded by Bill Harris to approve the master plat,
subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 4 -0.
4. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1 -3, Block A; Lots 1 -6, Block
B; Lots 1 -4, Block C, Robinson Addition 318, being located in the 3200 Block of Loop 286
N. E.
Motion was made by Richard Hunt, seconded by Benny Plata to approve the preliminary
plat, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 4 -0.
Meeting adjourned at 5:37 p.m.
