A meeting of the members of the Paris Main Street Advisory Board was held Tuesday, April 20,
2010 at 4:05 p.m., at City Hall Council Chambers.

Managers Report
Sidewalk updates — Sidewalks on the 100 block of Lamar will be starting on May P. No good
estimate on how long they will take.
Fountain Landscaping — On the list for tree trinuning and it should start soon
Getting quotes for reseeding the entire area around the fountain with Saint Augustine grass
Crape Myrtles are being removed since they are no longer blooming and don't get enough sun in
the current location. There is a possibility there will be bistro tables put into this area instead of
more trees or flowers
Fountain Urns — Sherri was able to located the company that made the urns that are missing on
the fountain but they no longer make them. They are looking into other options and will be
presenting a quote for similar urns
Committee Reports
Organization — No Report
Design — No Report
Promotions — Movies in the Park is being planned. The Park has already been reserved and a
meeting will be held at Green Boutique at 111 Lamar Ave on April 27 "' at 5:00pm to vote on
movies and discuss sponsorships
Economic Development — No Report
Discuss and Possible Action on Current Protects and Renuest for Future Agenda Items
All projects were covered in Manger's Report & Con-unittee Reports
No request for future times
Elect Officers and Committee Chairs
Wyatt Bowden made a motion that elections be tabled until more members and Main Street
Manger could be present
Ashlea Mattoon seconded the motion
Adiournment
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Kari Daniel and seconded by Ashlea Mattoon.
Motion passed unanimously. Meeting was adjourned at 4:50p.m.
