1. The Historic Preservation Commission meeting was called to order by Arvin Starrett, Chairman.
A. The following members were present:

B. The following members were absent:
Susan Scholz, Secretary
Jerry Raper
Matt Coyle
C. Also present was Jeanna Scott, City Staff.
2. Approval of minutes from previous minutes. (January 13, 2010)
Motion was made by Paul Denney, seconded by Douglas Cox to approve the minutes for the
January 13, 2010 meeting. Motion carried 4 -0.
3. Consideration of and action on the following Certificates ofAppropriateness:
A. 946 South Main Street — Douglas Cox — After recuse of Douglas Cox no quorum.
No action taken.
4. Consideration of and action on the following Fagade Grant:
A. 946 South Main Street — Douglas Cox — After recuse of Douglas Cox no
quorum. No action taken.
S. Request for . future agenda items. Lighting fixtures for the Maxey House. Update from the sub-
committee on the HPC handouts. Report from Robert Talley on repair of Historical Structures.
