1. The Board of Adjustment meeting was called to order by Chairman Terry Christian at
12:07 p.m.
A. The following members were present:
Chester Martindale
Allen Moore
Rick Hundley
Terry Christian, Chairman
B. The following members were absent:
Kyle McCarley
C. Also present was Jeanna Scott, City Staff and Jesse Wallace, Ex- Officio Youth
Board Member.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (August 3, 2010)
Motion was made by Chester Martindale, seconded by Allen Moore to approve the minutes
for the August 3, 2010 meeting. Motion carried 4 -0.
3. Public hearing and consideration of'and action on the petition of Bernice Bell to grant a
variance of Zoning Ordinance 1710, Section 9- 201(1) which provides that the "minimum
lot width in a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) be no less than 60 feet " to allow a
minimum lot width of 53.61 feet, which is a 6.39 foot variance, on Lot 1, Block A, Bell
Addition CB 248 -A, being number 1859 East Washington Street.
Public hearing was declared open.
A. No one spoke in favor of the petition.
B. There was no opposition.
Public hearing was declared closed.
Motion was made by Rick Hundley, seconded by Chester Martindale to approve the
variance. Motion carried 4 -0.
4. Meeting adjourned at 12:10 pan.
