MINUTES OF THE PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION
SPECIAL MEETING
May 16, 2001
The Paris Economic Development Corporation met in special session on
Wednesday, May 16, 2001, 4:00 P. M., at Heritage Hall, 1009 West
Kaufman Street, Paris, Texas. President Michael Rhodes called the
meeting to order with the following Director present: Jay Guest. Also
present were Executive Director Gary Vest, City Manager Michael E.
Malone, City Attorney Larry W. Schenk, and City Clerk Mattie
Cunningham.
President Rhodes announced that the meeting would be cancelled because
there was not a quorum of the Board of Directors present.
