ZONING COMMISSION
OCTOBER 20, 2004
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, October 20, 2004,
12:00 P.M., City Hall Annex Conference Room, 150 1st Street SE, Paris,
Texas with the following members present:
1. Marshall Kent 4. Benny Plata
2. Barbara Forrest 5. Carl Lucas
3. Bobby Myers
Lisa Wright, the Director of Community Development was also present.
1. The meeting was called to order by Marshall Kent.
2. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots 10, 11, and 12,
Block I, and Lots 2, 3, and 4, Block J, Oak Creek -Phase X.
Motion was made to approve the Final Plat by Carl Lucas, seconded by
Bobby Myers, subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated, October 4,
2004. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays.
Meeting adjourned at 12:07 p.m.
