09/15/2009 MINUTESMINUTES SPECIAL MEETING PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION CITY OF PARIS - CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS 107 E. KAUFMAN STREET PARIS, TEXAS TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2009 5:30 O'CLOCK P.M. The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, September 15, 2009, was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Curtis Fendley. A. The following members were present: Curtis Fendley, Chairman Bill Harris, Vice - Chairman Bee Garmon Keith Barnett Darin Manning B. The following members were absent: Benny Plata Richard Hunt, Secretary C. Shawn Napier, City Engineer; Jeanna Scott, Administrative Assistant; and Rhonda Rodgers, City Council Member were also present. 2. Approval of minutes from. previous meeting. (August 3, 2009) Motion was made by Bill Harris, seconded by Bee Garmon to approve the minutes for the August 3, 2009 meeting. Motion carried 5 -0. 3. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Living Word Assembly of God Church 328 Addition, being number 3515 Bonham. Street. Motion was made by Bill Harris, seconded by Keith Barnett to approve the Plat, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0. 4. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 9 and 10, Block A, Pecan Place Please II, being located in the 4000 Block of Pine Mill Road. Motion was made by Keith Barnett, seconded by Darin Manning to approve the Plat, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0. S. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A, Coplin Square CB 249 Addition, being located in the 3000 Block- of Lamar Avenue. Motion was made by Bee Gannon, seconded by Bill Harris to approve the Plat, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0. 6 Consideration of and action on the Final Plat ofLots 14, 16 and 17, Stone Ridge Phase 6 Motion was made by Bee Garmon, seconded by Bill Harris to approve the Plat, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0. Meeting adjourned at 5:40 p.m. APPROVED THIS 5TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2009.
