AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD
Tuesday, October 16, 2001
6:00 PM
1. The Airport Advisory Board Meeting was called to order by Vic Ressler
at 6:00 P.M.
A. The following members were present:
Vic Ressler James Ashmore, Recorder
Eric Clifford Rod Kosterman
James Proctor J. B. Richey
B. The following members were absent:
Mark Buster Paul Golden
Victor Abeles
C. Also in attendance were:
Tommy Haynes, Airport Director
Jim Collier, Airport Man4ger
II. The Minutes of the September 18, 2001, meeting had been distributed
to the directors with their agenda. J. W. Ashmore moved that the
minutes be accepted as presented. The motion was seconded by J. B.
Richey and carried by unanimous vote.
III. Mr. Haynes reported that the City Council had approved the
appointment of Eric Clifford and Rod Kosterman to the Airport
Advisory Board for terms to end on December 31, 2002. Both were
welcomed by the Board. Total members on the Board now stands at
nine.

IV. Tommy Haynes reported on the City Council action on increasing fees
on hangar rent. The hangar rental fees effective November 1, 2001, are
as follows:
Open hangars
North row
The B Group
The C Group
New hangars

V. Mr. Haynes reported on the construction status of the new T hangars.
We are now within a couple of days of pouring the slab for the hangars.
Target date for completion of hangars will be late in January, 2002.
The taxiway will have to be completed before aircraft can be moved in.
