SPECIAL MEETING
AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD
COX FIELD AIRPORT TERMINAL
MEETING ROOM
PARIS, TEXAS
THURSDAY, MARCH 30, 2006
3:00 O'CLOCK P.M.
1. The Airport Advisory Board meeting was called to order by Vice - Chairman
Jack Ashmore.
A. The following members were present:
Glen Chapman
Bill Boothe
Harry Michaelwicz
The following members were absent:
Vic Ressler
Don Morrell
Andrew Fasken
B. Also present was Lisa Wright, Airport Director; Jerry Richey, Airport
Manager; and Billy Copeland.
2. Receipt of report from the Fly4n Subcommittee and possible direction
regarding the April 1 Fly4n. There was a discussion of where everything
would be placed,. motorcycles, food vendors, tractors, etc. Everyone agreed
to bring their handheld radios. Traffic cones will be need to be brought in and
placed by volunteers to organize parking. The NOTAM will be from 1:30 until
3:00. There will be an off -duty police officer for security as well as 1 fire truck
and 1 ambulance. A flat bed trailer, will be used as the stage for the band.
Lisa Wright will provide volunteers with 8 x 10 maps with placement locations.
Everyone will meet at 8 :00 Saturday morning to start setting up.
3. The meeting adjourned at 3:45 p.m.
