Call meeting to order.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (February 21, 2017)
Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Michael Rhodes on Lot 11A, City
Block 257B, being located at 2531 Pine Bluff Street. Section 9 -102 (1) of the Zoning Ordinance
which provides that "The minimum lot area for a residential home in Single Family Dwelling
District No. 2 (SF -2) be 7,500 square feet." The applicant is proposing to subdivide the existing lot
into two lots having 5824 Square Feet to 5824 Square Feet respectively. A variance for 1676
Square Feet is requested for the lots.
4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Michael Rhodes on Lot 11 A, City
Block 257B, being located at 2531 Pine Bluff Street. Section 9- 301(1) of the Zoning Ordinance
which provides that "The minimum lot depth for a residential home in Single Family Dwelling
District No. 2 (SF -2) be 100 feet deep." The applicant's property is 91 feet deep. The applicant is
asking for a 9 foot variance for the lot depth. Proposed lots would be 91 feet deep.
